SMASHER® is a high performance bag blender, that ensures sample homogeneity before microbial detection or identification tests. SMASHER® system relies on the patented Smash technique. It crushes the sample in record time and then automatically adjusts its mixing speed for a perfectly homogenised enrichment broth.

The TEMPO instrument is the food industry’s automated quality indicator testing system for the enumeration of quality indicator organisms in food and environmental samples. The most popular Brookfield viscometer now measures gel time using unique magnetic coupling that attaches the glass rod to instrument. When gel time is reached, display shows both gel time and equivalent viscosity value. Glass rod is quickly and easily detached from instrument.  Integrated temperature probe provides peak exotherm data if needed.
